This is an honest trader that is willing to stand by his product when things did not go right. That is worth extra points in my book.

I initially bought an Epson R300 printer from him. He was willing to ship first. The printer had no ink so I had to purchase it to test which took a little time.

I wanted to make sure all was well before I finish the deal. The printer, however, did not print well at all, unknown by the seller when he shipped it.

We communicated the situation with each other and instead of shipping back a defective printer, he allowed me to keep it since the shipping cost alone was not worth it.
