  • I bought a CNet 4 port USB hub from him.

amb3cog was the Buyer on March 29, 2000 AnandTech

Sweet trade. I cross shipped a MO to him, and the hub arrived in two days. It was well packed, and in mint shape. Scott is a good guy that I would trade with again.

  • I bought a MS precision pro joystick for $25 shipped from Shux.

amb3cog was the Buyer on February 4, 2000 AnandTech

Shux is the man. He sent it to me right away. It was packed VERY well, and is practically brand new. You should go out of your way to do a deal with this guy. Great communication, easy going, and won't lose his mind when you ask a million and one questions like I did.
I hate to turn this into Egay, but he is A+++++++++++++

  • Sold two Acoustic Edge sound cards.

amb3cog was the Seller on February 23, 2002 AnandTech

I got em off a little late, and tossed some extras in to make up for it. He didn't even mind. I like laid back traders. Good guy IMO. :)

    February 23, 2002

  • I bought a couple of DVDs from him.

amb3cog was the Buyer on March 20, 2000 AGN

An easy guy to deal with. I paypalled him. He sent em out the next day. They were at my door 2 days after that, and they were in great shape to boot. This is how I like it. Quick and painless. Trade away people. He's a good guy. :)

    March 20, 2000

  • I bought a MS Intellimouse Explorer mouse from him.

amb3cog was the Buyer on July 22, 2000 AGN

I sent the MO, and he sent the mouse. Well packed, threw in the drivers, and it was in mint shape. I'd have to be crazy not to deal with zodder again. A great guy indeed. :)

    July 22, 2000

  • I bought 2 Microsoft gamepads for a great price IMO.

amb3cog was the Buyer on December 28, 2000 AnandTech

Great guy to deal with all around. Deal was done in a couple of minutes, and I got them EXTREMELY quick. They were very well packed, and in the exact condition as he described them. Another good trader here. Thanks again. :)

  • Sold him a dead Kenwood 42x True-X CD-ROM drive.

amb3cog was the Seller on July 23, 2000 AGN

What's to say. Another quick, and simple transaction. He sent me Paypal. I sent him the drive. We were both quite happy as far as I know. He's a good guy to deal with, and I look forward to doing so again. :)

  • I bought a complete PIII system.

amb3cog was the Buyer on June 17, 2000 AGN

A friend of mine wanted a really nice computer for his family, and asked for my help. I found one that fit the bill almost perfectly being sold by Jeff. We worked out the details over the phone, and after speaking with him. I realized I was in capable hands. I won't go into great detail, but Jeff came through with way more then we originally agreed to. He really did all he could to make sure I was overly satisfied. I was beyond impressed with his work. I mean complete attention to detail, and nothing less. He put more work into this system than I do for my own. Jeff is a great system builder, and a great guy. I HIGHLY recommend you try trading with him. You will walk away happy. :)

  • I traded Steve a set of car subwoofers for an Aiwa mini stereo.

    Cross-traded on June 14, 2000 AGN

First, and foremost. Steve is as honest as it gets. That to me is the most important thing about being a good trader, and believe me Steve is a good trader. No. Steve is a great trader. You will not be dissapointed with any transactions involving him. This you can be sure of.

    June 14, 2000

  • I sold Steve a car stereo amp.

amb3cog was the Seller on June 26, 2000 AGN

What can I say. Another great trade with Steve. He sent the money via Paypal, and I sent it out to him. Nice, and simple. The way it should be. I can't say enough good things about Steve. We've kept in touch since the trade, and I hope to continue to do so. Steve is a great trader, and he's also a great guy. He's always there with good advice. If you have a problem with anything. Steve will follow through to the end, and make sure you're happy.

  • I bought a 6x-4x-24x S+F CD-RW.

amb3cog was the Buyer on July 4, 2000 AnandTech

A guy I work with asked me to get him a deal on a burner. Seeing as how I didn't want any disapointments. I wanted to be sure, and get it from a trader with a good rep. I was not let down. Drive works great. He shipped it right out for me, and at a great price to boot. You'd have to be completely paranoid to worry about this great trader. A+++++++

    July 4, 2000

  • Bought a 20.5 gig IBM 34GXP Deskstar HD from him.

amb3cog was the Buyer on July 18, 2000 AnandTech

A truly hall of fame trader here. I had trouble with my Paypal, and he was nice enough to hold it for me. Drive was well packed (factory box), which is something I really worry about with HD's. Drive is working great in my PIII system right now. I would trade with bonkers again anytime. Plus he's a night guy like me, and I like that. We vampires need to stick together ya know. ;)

    July 18, 2000

  • I bought a couple of Athlon stickers from him.

amb3cog was the Buyer on August 14, 2000 AGN

What a great guy. For some reason Paypal wouldn't take my CC. I already had most of the money in my account, and he just said go ahead, and send that, even though I was short. Would definitely trade with again. A++++++++

    August 14, 2000

  • I bought a Alien box set for $35.

amb3cog was the Buyer on January 22, 2000 AGN

This guy is great. He sold me what he thought was a DVD set, and when I opened it, it turned out to be VHS. I noticed that nowhere on the box (it was sealed, brand new) did it say VHS or DVD. I assumed it was an honest mistake, and told him that I didn't want it. He posted another F/S on AGN RIGHT AWAY. I then decided I wanted to keep it, and asked if he would just return $20. He said no, I will send you $25. He sent it via Paypal that the same day . It doesn't get much better than this folks. Have no fear, Amnesiac will take great pains to make sure your deal is solid.

  • I bought a 56x Afreey CD-ROM from tboo.

amb3cog was the Buyer on February 24, 2000 AGN

It all went very well. Drive was sent fast, and packed well. He felt safe enough to send it out, and wait for a money order. Which sped up the deal quite a bit. He even included a 40 pin cable, some screws, and a sound card wire. A great deal all around, and a great guy to deal with.

    February 24, 2000

  • Sold a V5 5500.

amb3cog was the Seller on January 19, 2001 AnandTech

Great guy to deal with. He needed it quick. So we worked out a deal on overnight shipping. Because of some unknown reason (the weather maybe?). The USPS wouldn't gaurantee the next day thingy. He completely understood, and was very easygoing about the whole thing, despite the fact he wanted it bad. I felt bad, but did my best. This is a guy I would definitely trade with in the future. He paid lightning fast, and knows how to communicate well during a deal. A++++++++

  • I swapped my car amp for his PIII 550E, and a 40x CD-rom.

    Cross-traded on July 3, 1998 AnandTech

Chaz is a great guy to deal with. He even picked up shipping on my end. The CPU was a retail unit still sealed in the box, which was a really pleasant surprise. I would trade with him again anytime. A+++++

    July 3, 1998

  • MX300 sound card for $35

amb3cog was the Buyer on January 16, 2000 AnandTech

This guy rocks. He said he would throw a few goodies in, and I got all the drivers/manuals + 3 Computer Gamer demo discs (one in a jewel case), and a headset/microphone. all for $35 shipped. I couldn't be happier.

    January 16, 2000

  • I bought a SCSI burning setup which consisted of a S+F 4x12x burner, a 32x Teac CD-ROM, and an Adaptec 2906 PCI SCSI card.

amb3cog was the Buyer on July 19, 2000 AGN

This was my second deal with tboo. The first one went so well, and the drive (Afreey 56x) I bought that time was like brand new w/ added accessories. That buying this setup from him was a no brainer. I was not dissapointed at all. He included all the original stuff (including the ISA SCSI card) w/ the burner even the box. He went out of his way to explain it all to me (I'm a SCSI newbie), and marked all the cables for me. He made it so easy for me. I just plugged it in, and it worked. I wish all computer parts were like this. He also will help you out with any problems should they come up. I can't say enough positive things about tboo. A truly hall of fame trader. :) A +++++++++

  • I bought a Celery 366@550 from him.

amb3cog was the Buyer on April 1, 2000 AGN

Sal is a great guy to deal with. He didn't care if I used Paypal, or sent a MO. I'm lazy, so Paypal for me. He shipped the CPU right away. It came well packed. I would trade with him again. This is a no brainer. Great trader. A+++++

    April 1, 2000

  • I traded my K6-2 450 and cash for his K6-III 450.

    Cross-traded on March 1, 2000 AGN

We cross traded. Deal went very smooth. Ricta's an easy guy to deal with, and a good trader. Never any worries. Would deal with again without even thinking about it.

    March 1, 2000

  • I bought a brand new Athlon mobo for the ridiculously low price of $45.

amb3cog was the Buyer on June 5, 2000 AGN

bummer is the man when it comes to good deals. He's the man you want to talk to if you need a cheap mobo, or anything else for that matter that's for sure. He'll also follow through if there's a problem. One of the best. :) A+++++++++

    June 5, 2000

  • I bought three 5 connector 50 pin SCSI cables.

amb3cog was the Buyer on February 3, 2001 AnandTech

I put a WTB post up on a Sunday morning. He responded within a half an hour, and had 3 of what I wanted still sealed in the bag for an INCREDIBLE price. He packed em, and gave me a DC# right away, then sent em out first thing Monday. I got em a couple of days later. Man was I happy. :) What a great guy to deal with. Super professional IMO. Thanks again John. :)

    February 3, 2001

  • Sold him 2 of the infamous Iomega 12/10/32x Burnproof burners.

amb3cog was the Seller on January 5, 2001 AnandTech

Great guy. Paid right away via Paypal, and totally understood that I couldn't ship till my day off. I'd highly recommend this trader. Very nice guy too. Thanks man. :)

  • I got two 64 Mb sticks of Crucial PC100 from Sam, and couldnt be happier with the deal. Paid $136, and he threw in a DVD

amb3cog was the Buyer on January 29, 2000 AGN

I was first in line to buy something over $135 from him. So he threw in a DVD version of The Fear. Everything was packed extremely well, and came very fast. We used Paypal, and he shipped the next day. Sam is a great guy to do business with. Don't worry at all. Thanks again Sam.
