We worked out the details over the phone, and after speaking with him. I realized I was in capable hands. I won't go into great detail, but Jeff came through with way more then we originally agreed to. He really did all he could to make sure I was overly satisfied. I was beyond impressed with his work. This guy is great. He sold me what he thought was a DVD set, and when I opened it, it turned out to be VHS. I noticed that nowhere on the box (it was sealed, brand new) did it say VHS or DVD. I assumed it was an honest mistake, and told him that I didn't want it. He posted another F/S on AGN RIGHT AWAY. I then decided I wanted to keep it, and asked if he would just return $20. He said no, I will send you $25. He sent it via Paypal that the same day . It doesn't get much better than this folks. Have no fear, Amnesiac will take great pains to make sure your deal is solid.

I was not dissapointed at all. He included all the original stuff (including the ISA SCSI card) w/ the burner even the box. He went out of his way to explain it all to me (I'm a SCSI newbie), and marked all the cables for me. He made it so easy for me. I just plugged it in, and it worked.
