2x 512 sticks of SUPPOSED Kingston Hyper-X BH-5
noxxiouswon was the Buyer on September 29, 2004 Other/Unknown
The seller sold me 2 sticks of RAM which he claimed were Kingston Hyper-X PC3000 with rebranded BH-5 chips. The RAM I recieved didn't have heat spreaders, so I have no way of proving that they are Hyper-X. By selling me sticks without Heatspreaders he voided their warranty. He did NOT inform me that they had no Heatspreaders.
He claimed that they would run tight 2-2-2 timings at 222MHz with 2.85v and said he was sure they would hit 250+MHz with higher voltage. I cannot even run a single stick at 200 MHz with tight 2-2-2 timings with 3.3v.
Worst of all, when I displayed ANY displeasure with what I had purchased, he told me that it was my tough luck, and it must be my fault. I understand that he has lots of good feedback, but he DOES NOT stand behind his promises or merchandise. He is ignoring my emails, and I haven't heard from him in almost 2 weeks as of this posting.
BEWARE!!!!!
Response from HKPolice1) Kingston warranty is only valid for the original owner, so any coverage would of been voided anyways since I was not the original owner.
2) I WAS able to run 222Mhz @ 2-2-2-5 timings on my IC7-G, I could prove it if he ships them back, I'll even pay for the shipping. They are relabled DW-45 week ~4 chips which are guarenteed BH5 link: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/AMD/memory/95
3) This newbie obviously has problems with his DFI board, and he didn't even TRY to test in another board. I did NOT tell him "tough luck" I was giving him tips on how to run it PROPERLY. Overclocking is trial and error, there are NO guarentees. He obviously does not understand this.
4) DO NOT Sell this person ANY overclocking enthusiast items because he will blame you for everything if anything goes wrong.September 29, 2004

Purchased a copy of Planescape: Torment for the PC from Syl66
noxxiouswon was the Buyer on August 30, 2004 Rage3D
The game was complete, and as described in our negotiations. The game came complete with original box (in fantastic condition I might add) with all CD's in good shape, with the manual, and all other papers that usually come in a game. Syl66 shipped promptly, and there was great communication, I am honoured to be Syl66's first Heatware feedback.

Austin Powers Trilogy (DVD)
noxxiouswon was the Buyer on March 4, 2005 Rage3D
The discs were in pristine condition. After I had paid, he realised that one of the discs wasn't widescreen (like I'd wanted) and instead of trying to let it slide, he contacted me right away and offered to refund my money if I wasn't willing to take the fullscreen version. He is very honest, and a definate pleasure to do business with! A+++++++
Thanks KMax, and good luck ;)March 4, 2005
