Although the motherboard was shipped with a bent pin or two, he immediately appologized--and more than ameliorated the situation by offering to pay for an RMA, which I view as both laudable and respectable. Since Dan had far more positive evaluations than I had, I agreed to shipping first, and allowing him to pay after he has thoroughly tested the items to his satisfaction.
