Communication was good; a little light, but maybe I expect more because I'm a n00b. He informed me it was sent the day after it was sent, which was 2 days after payment was sent. (He said he wouldn't send until after payment cleared.) So I'm informing him I got it the day after I got it. CPU was packed in its original plastic case in paper towels. Not bad, for a CPU. CPU and fan working as described; I hoped the cooler would be better but it wasn't misrepresented.
