This was a very sizable purchae for me - over $500.00, so we made sure to have good communications, exchanged PMs, emails and phone numbers and spoke to each other confirming the deal. Obviously Eric, didn't have any Heatware, but did have a good eBay rep, and that does mean something to some people like me. Also, given that we had good communications, I felt good with this large a deal. I made payment via Priority Mail in a couple payments - part beforehand, part afterward. With the exception of some loose peanuts amoungst the power supplies, all of the equipment was well very-well packed and packaged. All of the rigs tested out and are working perfectly - yes, including the power supplies.

I'm impressed with Eric's shipping and communication skills. I look forward to future deals with him! :)
