Longer story: Same as above, except that I dropped the ball and didn't ship immediately. Rob was patient enough to allow me some time to rebound and make ammends for the 10-day delay. My own resolution was a full refund of monies AND still shipping the drives. This was entirely my choice, for Rob was very upstanding and I could not in good conscience leave him hanging with just a refund. :)

Rec'd package fine, but it didn't have the correct number of dimms in it; contaced him, and he replied that he'd made an error in the post as to quantity BUT that we was willing to honor the deal and make it right even though it would mean A LOSS FOR HIM! We worked out a mutual arrangement and completed the deal satifactorily.

Some folks might label this deal a Neutral, but I call it a Positive because of his willingness to honor the deal even though it meant a loss for him - that definitely says something about his integrity and honor!
