We sealed the deal very quickly and I mailed the MO out the next day. Rich sent the MB out on saturday the 22nd. When the MB did not arive after five days I contacted Rich and he found that one of the employees where he mails out all of his packages had put it on a shelf and didn't tell anyone. Rich went out of his way to find out the problem, and resolved it very quickly. He was also very apologtic. I would do business with him if the situation ever arises again. Very nice person and very helpful. Also great communication through out the whole deal.

Networkman shipped the same day I paid, the CPUs arrived well wrapped and in good shape.
In fact, I've never seen anything quite so well packaged. It took me 20 minutes jut to get to the CPUs with all the bubble wrap and tape.
CPUs work fine.
