Fast shipping and packaged nicely. However, the memory ended up being bad and as soon as I notified VballCoach about it he promptly refunded my money. This is the true test of good traders and VballCoach did the correct and ethical thing. So despite the memory being bad I would deal with him again anytime. Sometimes things just happen which are simply unavoidable.
