Did he get mad...no, he was extremely polite and understanding, in fact through the entire process he was professional, prompt, understanding and beyond reproach. My limited vocabulary unfortunately does not allow me to articulate or express the depth of my appreciation for his guidance, and patience...He is truly an ideal mentor for a new trader such as my self.
