Notebook arrived without the connector necessary to install the hard drive. Geoff went out of his way to find a rare connector and paid a high price for it (1/3 the sale price of the notebook). He shipped the connector to me and I was able to restore the laptop. A terrific seller that went out of his way to complete a trade. Took over a month to complete but still satisfied nonetheless. Two Thumbs Up!

He shipped promptly, kept up communication all throughout the deal, and evern included extras with my purchase (keyboard, mouse, OS, software, heatsinks, fans, wireless card, etc.). He provided me with all the information I needed, and even replaced a motherboard for no cost when the computer refused to boot (probably was my fault).
