He stated that it did softmod but never really guaranteed it. When I received the card, it didn't softmod (got artifacts in some places). However, he didn't guarantee that it would, so I guess I can't really say anything bad about him :p Let his reputation speak for itself as I don't believe it was not his bad intent to sell me a non-softmodding card.
