This is a relatively new trader with immense integrity. I paid for the CPU via PayPal with the understanding that it would be mailed the next day.
When it didn't arrive 8 days later I contacted him and expressed my concern. He assured me that the chip was in the mail. He also immediately refunded my money via PayPal! In a follow-up communication he reieterated that the CPU was on it's way and told me not to worry about paying him. In essence, he was giving me the chip.
One day later the CPU did indeed arrive in the mail. I immediately sent sclassfe back his money and let him know I received the CPU.
