I was trading a complete Epox SFF PC & $65 PayPal for a PS2 and PSP.

1/1/2007 Monday:
shinzwei expressed interest in trading his PS2 and PSP for my PC...he PM\'d me with his AIM screen name...I IM\'ed him to begin negotiations. After a short conversation I was told he had to go to his \"girls place\" and he would talk to me later.

1/2/2007 Tuesday:
I IM\'ed shinzwei to see if he was still interested. He was and we came to an agreement that we would trade my PC+$65 PayPal for his PS2&PSP package. The PS2 included an extra controller and memory card. The PSP included a 1Gb Memory Stick Duo, 2 games, an AC Charger, and a car charger. I wanted him to ship first because of the recent negatives on his heatware account. He absolutely refused to do this, so I suggested we ship on the same day. We BOTH agreed that we would ship Thursday January 4, 2007 via USPS Priority. I would PayPal the $65 after I received the package. After the agreement we exchanged mailing addresses via PM and he ended the conversation telling me \"gtg eat\".

1/3/07 Wednesday:
Trusting shinzwei\'s 123+ feedbacks I shipped Wednesday. I was going to be busy Thursday so I went ahead with shipping. I PM\'d shinzwei to remind him to ship out the next day (1/4/07 Thursday).

1/4/07 Thursday:
I get online after work and immediately IM shinzwei on AIM to ask if he shipped. To make it short, \"someone\" on shinzwei\'s screen name told me \"f*ck you n^gga\" \"i ain\'t sending you $hit\". I immediately posted a Troll thread on Anandtech.

1/5/07 Friday:
I get up a 7:30a.m. and check my PM\'s on Anandtech. I received a PM from shinzwei at 5:37a.m. Friday morning. He said \"please do not send out the things. im busy going to s.carolina will be back friday night will update.\" This made absolutely no sense to me.
After making a few phone calls and taking another trip to the post office I was able to recall my package just before it was to be delivered in Charlotte, NC. shinzwei has since been banned from Anandtech. Apparently, there has been a few issues with him there and this was the last straw. He contacted me via AIM telling me sorry he couldn\'t ship Thursday because something happened in South Carolina. I asked him what was so important in S.C. that forced him to break our agreement. He told me it was a \"big PARTY\".

Let this be a lesson learned. Don\'t do business with this guy. He obviously isn\'t responsible. Don\'t let the 123 positive feedbacks fool you. I\'m out of $18.20 and possibly more if I have to pay return shipping charges (USPS mentioned this in a phone call on 1/5/07).

The deal was supposed to be a paypal loan of $16 to be repayed within 1 week. This actually took 3 weeks + 3 days to be repaid.

On the 4th of August 2006 - Shinzwei posted a thread on AT asking for $16 paypal. He responded he would repay either via paypal - or MO within a week (8/11/06)

Before the money was sent I told him that a week for repayment was fine - but I asked he keep good communication for the deal, because that\'s what was most important to me.

On 8/9/06 I received a PM stating he would be repaying via paypal on that night(9th) or 10th

On 8/17/06 i get the next communication from him stating he is sorry and will send $20 for the inconvinience.

No communication again until 8/22/06 where he asks for my address (he already had it) and says it will go out on the 23rd.

On 8/23/06 he states he sent the MO but has no proof of sending it.

On 8/28/06 I ask post in his newly posted FS thread on AT and suddenly $17 paypal shows up in my account, stating he is sorry, he\'s had money troubles.

In short? If this trader cannot handle a $16 transaction and keep his word - I don\'t know how he can deal with anything higher than $16. The only way he\'ll be dealing with me again is if he ships first. There is no excuse for poor communication when he was logging onto the forums, had my email address etc. NO excuse.

Shinzwei needs to work on his communication skills.
