Only hiccup was that he forgot to include I/O Shield in the original package, but he realized immediately and shipped out the I/O shield the very next day (so fast, in fact, that it almost arrived before the mobo). Motherboard seems to be in perfect condition in original box with most of the accessories. Very good communication. Rapid shipment. Decent packaging. I cannot complain at all about this transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this trader for business with anyone (he takes care of his equipment and his customers). A+
