There was some mixup with the mail and I didn't have the NIC after one full month. Seller had lost the delivery confirmation number, so after some persuasion he refunded my money. The NIC did finally arrive and so did the refund. Seller insists he sent the NIC on 1/26 as agreed, but the postage meter strip said 2/20 from a town the seller says he didn't send from????Seller didn't have the best communication. Couple that with the lost DC number, and this has to be a neutral...

Received quick payment via PayPal. I failed to clear the admin UserID/password from the ROM; as a result the buyer was unable to configure the router. I mailed a serail cable to the buyer so the user could flash the ROM back to factory settings. Joseph is a good communicator and is very patient.
