Purchased a 8Gig HD

Falsly advertised. Said the HD that came out of an X-Box would work with any X-box or PC. I received the HD close to 2 weeks later. The HD is locked and not able to be used with a PC unless unlocked by an X-Box system (which was not noted in his F/S thread. I am now trying to get a refund for the HD so i can send it back and I get no response.

First of all, I have to say I really feel sorry that I have to leave a negative heatware. But theEman's attitude toward the trade was just too bad. The deal was established at the beginning of the October. And it took 3 weeks to turn the deal into the nothing.

First of all, the seller never provide me the updated information about the status of the item and the response took long time in general. Second, the seller never tried to explain why he delayed the shipment. Third, the seller asked his/her friend to ship the item but never checked back with the friend about the shipment. And after 3 weeks of delay, the seller finally found out the item was lost by the friend.

He refunded money and apoligized. But in hope that he won't make such mistake in the future again, I am leaving a negative heat for him.

iPAQ 2215

I sent 1/2 the money for the 2215 on 10/26 and he was supposed to email me the tracking number the next day so I could verify then pay the other 1/2. I contacted him on the 28th after not hearing from him and was told that he would have it sent out "when he got home from school". I didn't hear anything else from him so I called on the 31st and he assured me it would be in the mail the next day. By this point I already traded my Dell Axim X5 Pocket PC because I was expecting to get the 2215 iPAQ. I recieved an email the next day stating that he didn't have time to send it out because of him moving, and that he had misplaced several of the items that were in the package. I'm leaving negative because he held my $ for nearly a week, didn't contact me when he wasn't able to ship as promised, and kept saying he would have it out soon when it turns out he lost part of the package and didn't end up shipping at all.
