Nexus sent me a Sony Discman (used) and it got beat a few too many times by discgruntled postal workers. It didn't work when it got here, so Nexus had me smash it... :) amd got me a brand new one, straight from the store AND threw some goodies in with it! What a great guy!

Great guy to deal with. Even though the trade got complicated, due to the fact he had just ordered the parts for me new at gateway.com. The motherboard I originally ordered was backordered, so he quickly called up gateway and got it all fixed for me, and had the order changed to another motherboard (which I chose). Excellent guy to deal with.
