I/O Magic sent him two other flash drives in return, which he then sent to me. Unfortunately, I couldn\'t get either drive to work. Todd was very gracious about my return of the drives and refunded my money (plus extra to cover Paypal fees) without hesitation. I would definitly trade with him again. A top-notch trader in my book.
