I did not say it had a fan because I am using the fan right now, but when he got it he said it was incomplete because there was no fan (even though I said it was the heatsink only) not a big deal but I refunded him the money, but he left me a neutral feedback even though I did everything possible to make sure he was satisfied (including a full refund)
