Due to a family emergency, package was a couple days late being shipped, but he let me know about it and communicated well throughout. Item was packaged well and arrived promptly as promised once the emergency was taken care of. Running the laptop now and it\'s perfect, and couldn\'t be happier with it or the transaction.

the unit came very well packaged. I felt like a kid at Christmas where the parents super wrap the gift so it takes a while to unwrap :)

Over all i would rate this as one of the best transactions i have had. From the simple stuff of keeping me updated, and then also helping me with questions after the sale.
