I purchased a new/sealed EVGA 7900GTX card from Gary on 6/17/06 for $383 and paid via Paypal. He was to ship the card out ASAP and include the original purchase, so that I may utilize the Step-Up program.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on June 28, 2006 AnandTech
Nearly two weeks later, the card has not shipped and I am left doing the footwork to make contact. I called Gary on Monday the 26th and he gave me the same excuse as below (internet was down at work). I left a message earlier today warning that it is in Gary\'s best interest to get this resolved with me promptly. He did return my phone call (however he asked for and was attempting to get ahold of Jeff, the poster below), and gave the same excuse.
At this point, I have filed a claim with Paypal and am in contact with other purchasers of Gary\'s that are in the same situation.June 29, 2006

I 'purchased' an Arctic Cooler NV Silencer 5.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on May 12, 2005 Other/Unknown
What an unbelievably kick-ass transaction. I posted a WTB thread on [H] looking for the aboved mentioned Silencer. After swapping some PMs in negotiating a trade, Hung ended up giving me the card for free, minus the actual shipping charge.
On a side note, needless to say the Silencer was packed professionally and worked like a charm - very clean as well.
Traders like Hung are few and far between. Plus, we're both anti-Detroit Pistons, so what's not to like about this guy??May 12, 2005

One4yu2c was the Buyer on July 12, 2007 Other/Unknown
I\'ve known XMAN since 2000, back when I first joined Maximum PC\'s forums (used to be hosted on Delphi, and called Commport). In 2003, I was looking to pick up some budget parts at reasonable prices to build a rig for my kids, and XMAN stepped up with the above listed components. Couldn\'t have asked for a better person to work with; communication was great, price was fair, shipping was fast, and all the parts were fully functional (and still are to this day!).
He\'s a good trader, and as a bonus, you can get a free rise out of him by claiming ATI pwns nVidia. :PJuly 13, 2007

Sold him a pair of Vista discs and a magical pony.
One4yu2c was the Seller on June 23, 2009 Other/Unknown
Unfortunately, the magical pony died during transit. It all worked out though, because buyer feasted on its remains and said it tasted magically delicious, so we called it good.
Don\'t let the low heatware fool you - Frosty\'s one cool dude, cooler even than Crocodile Dundee!June 24, 2009

I purchased an XFX 7800GTX 256MB (490MHz/1100MHz version) from Alan.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on November 20, 2005 HardForum
Video card was packed very securely and arrived in it's retail dressing (box, manual, cables, everything). Aesthetically ,it looked like it was pulled brand new right off the shelf.
Communication was excellent througout the transaction, which is always comforting in higher priced transactions.
To make an already excellent transaction ever better, shipping was VERY fast. We completed the transaction on Friday the 18th and it arrived ahead of schedule early Monday afternoon on the 21st.
If all forum trading were as smooth as this, e-tailers such as Newegg would be in serious trouble. ;PNovember 21, 2005

I purchased a 2GB (2x1GB) kit of PC4000 Ballistix Tracers.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on November 24, 2005 HardForum
Been a pleasure dealing with Mike. Very communitive throughout the process (always a 'plus' when spending a good chunk of change), RAM was packed very well, and shipping was quick. After putting the Tracers through a few rounds of Memtest86 and watching it pass with flying colors, this transaction can officially be concluded as successful. :)
I would not hesitate to do business again.November 25, 2005

One4yu2c was the Buyer on September 14, 2010 HardForum
Two of my kids needed a TI-83 calculator for school and Bob offered to sell me one ridiculously cheap, a leftover from when his kids were in school. Arrived quickly and in great shape. Saved me a nice chunk of change - he's a class act.

Asus EeePC 1005HA Netbook w/ accessories and a talking unicorn.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on December 29, 2009 AnandTech
Normally I\'d be geeked about a talking unicorn fluent in several different languages, but the real treat here is the netbook. Arrived quickly and in new condition. Would not hesitate to purchase PC parts or mystical creatures from this seller.

Bought Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for PC for $8 shipped.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on May 23, 2005 Other/Unknown
Very friendly individual. We exchanged a few emails and he never hesitated to ship first due to our respective feedback. The game arrived in a sturdy box, was completely unscratched, and installed just fine. His heatware is unestablished at this point, but I would do business with Mike anytime.

Traded PSP games (Prince of Persia Revelations for Ape Escape).
Cross-traded on June 19, 2006 HardForum
I was looking to trade one of my 8 year old son\'s PSP games (Prince of Persia) for a more age appropriate title, and Ape Escape fit the bill. Awesome trader here, had everything you\'d want in a transaction - great communication, accurate item description, packaged well, and shipped very quickly.

Purchased a retail AMD 4400+ X2 processor for $423 shipped.
One4yu2c was the Buyer on November 15, 2005 AnandTech
Andrew is new to online selling/trading, yet he is off to an excellent start. Due to the limited feedback, he agreed to ship first. While this isn't uncommon for new sellers, this shows a willingness on Andrew's part to be a fair trader and build a reputation for himself, especially considering that this was a $400+ item.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we're already discussing a possible second trade. Shipping was excellent as well - the processor arrived in it's original retail box with all the paperwork and the shipping box was a sufficient size with plenty of packing peanuts.
I haven't had a chance to test out the processor yet, as my proposed motherboard (the Asus A8N32-SLI) is still on backorder. Rather than wait however, I wanted to help get this new seller some much deserved feedback. Between the shipping insurance and excellent communication, I have little doubt that if a problem does arrive in regards to functionality, he would work to get it resolved.
If it isn't obvious by now, two thumbs up for an up and coming trader. :)November 16, 2005

karaktu (2236)
Sold him an Antec Fusion Case
One4yu2c was the Seller on January 26, 2007 AnandTech
With a feedback rating of only 1,400+, I was extremely leery of doing business with karaktu. But despite my hesitation, it everything turned out just peachy. Who\'d of thunk that oodles and oodles of positive feedback would lead to a smooth transaction?
On a side note, I did stub my toe on the way to the shipping center. Pain didn\'t last very long though, so I feel semi-confident that a positive evaluation is still warranted. Still, it did sting pretty bad while the pain did last, so this is a big decision for me. Be right back...
It landed tails, so \'positive\' it is.January 27, 2007
