This is my first deal with Peter and it could not have gone better. With 150+ good heatware reviews in his name this hardly needs to be reiterated but Peter is a top-notch trader. I contacted him about the monitor and he agreed to let me send a down payment first, then submit the remaining amount a few days later. Since the item was so expensive I was apprehensive about warrenty coverage and he went the extra mile to make sure I had all the proper receipts and original purchase info in case I ever had a problem with it. He shipped the monitor extremely quickly once I made payment and kept in excellent contact the whole way through. Item was packaged as if it was new and arrived in flawless condition.
