This was a long transaction. The parts were shipped in a timely fashion, but the onboard NIC of the motherboard was broken. After letting Ryan know about the problem (the same day the package came in I let him know) he said he would look into it and find a resolution. I had to wait 2 weeks to hear anything back. Finally after more than a month of waiting he sent me a new NIC off newegg.com. The deal is done, but the amount of time was unacceptable.
