I bought these 3 items from Robert on 12/19/06. After he received payment, there was no communication at all. I tried 3 different emails as well as sending PM\'s.

After filing a dispute with Paypal & escalating it to a claim, them items arrived on 01/18/07, one month after payment, postmarked 01/16/06. And still no communication.

If he hadn\'t sent the items or responded by 1/20/06, the date paypal would have resolved the matter. I would leave a negative eval. But since I received the items in good working order, I will leave it at a neutral to hopefully teach him better trading habits & warn others what to expect.

Simple communication would have prevented this Robert.

Traded a motherboard for a slot cooler & cash

I traded an Slot 1 motherboard for a slot cooler & $20. I shipped on 1/15 & it arrived 1/17. I didn't get my end of the "cross ship" deal until 2/2. And that was only after I had to post about it publicly in the forum. On top of that, the slot cooler has part of it cut off. Not a very good trade.

I entered into a deal with David on the 8th of Feb. After my items were sent and arrived on the 12th of Feb. I received little communication from him. Only one PM on the 20th stating that he had shipped the chip on the 14th. After repeated attemps to get a tracking # with no results I contacted Rainguy(from the Trollhunters) on the 26th of Feb. He emailed him and I received Paypal for the approximate value of the items.

I have waited this long to post an eval because he said he shipped the cpu, & if it had arrived with a Feb. postmark I would have returned it to him or paid for it. I know the post office can make major screw-ups an I gave them more than ample time to deliver if that was the case. Obviously, it wasn\'t the fault of USPS. He just lied and had never shipped the chip, so he gets a neutral. It would be a negative but he did pay for the value of the items I sent.
