He tried to stick me with a card that he knew not to be working. He sold it to Lutiwacasa first, then tried to sell it to me. He wasn't going to refund my money till I confronted him about his shady deal. Think twice about trading with Yakov. Do a search at Anandtech FS/FT for binarysuperman if you want to details.

I am posting this to make a correction to my previous eval. When I first received the card I only did a quick boot to verify it wasn't DOA. Having dealt with Binary previously, I went ahead and posted a positive eval. A few days later I had the opportunity to install in my main rig. Any GPU intensive app would result in PSOD. I contacted him with the info that I had tried numerous drivers, had very good cooling,etc. He refunded my money and had me ship to another buyer who he said was aware of the probs with this card. The other buyer was not. After some initial problems, he did get his refund as well. With both buyers getting our refunds, at best I would say that Binary is an unethical trader. I can no longer reccommend dealing with him. Hopefully, he has learned his lesson.

My only complaint is that one of the fans leds only come every now and then.(This could have sliped by the seller because they do work sometimes)The other fan and inverter work fine.
