    THis is a follow-up to my previous eval for this guy. The laptop was in good condition, but as part of the deal he said he would include a dell laptop carrying case. Well, he "forgot" to ship it so I emailed him about it. He replied once and said he would ship it. After five or so more emails, he never responded. I went back to the notebookforums I found him trading on and he was selling another laptop. I PMd him and he said sorry, he'd take care of it. A week passes. I finally just am straight with him and say listen, are you going to keep bullshitting me or are you going to actually send it. He replies with yes, give me your address. Its been a month since then and he has gone AWOL from the forum. So beware, I would only pay him via credit card or on a ship first basis to avoid problems.

    i explained to him why i was "awol" as he puts it. had a new edition to my family (baby) i tried to work things out with him i got no more messages from him i asked for his shipping info because i lost it. i have a case or that dell sitting here with no lappy for it i do NOT need it
