Came in clean and fantastic. I installed it, and ran into some weird memory issue. I determined it to be the board. This guy offered to send me the invoice, (Still under warranty), and refund me 50 bucks for my time to RMA and shipping to Asrock.

This is customer service. Would absolutely work with this guy again.
