Had very good communication, and answered all the questions I had. The unit when I received it was DOA. It wouldn't work to configure it, and it was also not transmitting any WIFI. I had the manufacture and a network engineer friend look at it, and both said it was defective. He refunded my money minus the shipping, and I tossed the unit away. It was worth a try and he is a stand up guy.
