One word.. wow... JC showed me how a trader should be... There was a mishap with UPS with delivery address and the case initailly got shipped back to him. JC deligently followed up with UPS and shipe it back to me, with his wife doing the actual return (don't know how he got that done... =)). Meanwhile, he kept up great communication, keeping me informed what was going on. Mind you, this was for an expensive ATX case... I wholeheartledly(sp?) recommend JC. A++!
