Flawed

Bought a Linksys 8-port GigE switch.

Expressed interest in the switch, got a reply back same day and sent a Money Order out on Feb 1st.
Got an email on the 11th saying he couldn\'t read my address. Certainly possible, but it was on the MO and on the Business envelope. Emailed him my correct address the same day.
Sent an email on Feb 22nd asking if he had sent yet. No reply.
Sent another email on March 3rd. No reply.
Box arrived today, March 6th with the switch. Box was postmarked from March 2nd.
Switch works fine, but what should have taken days reached almost a month. Was it not for his postcount/long standing membership I would have posted a negative review, stopped payment on the MO and filed a fraud complaint much sooner.
Glad to have the switch, but I won\'t be dealing with Charles / Flawed again.

Bought a Sony DRU-500AX from Chaz, and everything came packed well, and shipped on time. Would definately deal with again, thanks dude :)

I purchased an Intel E6600 CPU from flawed on 10/03/2007. Due to some unforseen circumstances, Flawed was not able to ship until 10/12/2007. To rectify this, he shipped this CPU via FedEx Next Day Air even though I told him that this wasn\'t necessary. During this time, Flawed was very communicative during the whole ordeal. I would definitely do business with Flawed again.

Very flexible & courteous seller. This sale was rather unconventional in so far as another buyer (\'Talz\') beat me to one of the drives and so with Charles\' consent I contacted Talz with an offer (which he graciously accepted) to buy him out of the sale so that I could take the pair.
It worked out great, Charles sent my drives a few days later and they arrived in the UK just 7 days later in packaging that would shame many online stores. Highly recommended - would not hesitate to buy from again.

Charles was a little slow on email replies and shipping. but this was do to the massive amount of work that has been put on him during the time of the deal. But to make up for this he included a brand new Microsoft Intellimouse. Packaging was A+ and I would surely deal with him again no questions ask. This laptop is in excellent condition .. just like he said it was. :)
