The transaction took a long time to complete, as the first CPU was non-functional. However, despite it only being a $10 transaction, the seller stepped up to the plate and shipped a second working CPU at no cost to me, and added 128MB of RAM for my troubles. I believe he acted in good faith with the first CPU, and he went the extra mile in making sure the transaction was resolved positively. I would purchase from him again.
