Communication was great, shipping was relatively fast. He threw in 2 NICs. Neutral because items were shipped inside an anti-static bag only. No padding, bubble wrap, etc. [Only protection besides bag was the USPS box it was in.] Very bad packing, IMO, the reason for the neutral.
He did offer money back for any items I returned.

Besides packing, was overall a good trade.

Strangely enough, had just completed a sale with him when one of my hard drives died; and he was selling the exact same model.

Again, he was great with communication and was more than willing to help me out (by shipping Monday for overnight delivery).

His packing job was impeccable: Hard drive was in an anti-static bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with airbags! Newegg doesn\'t send me OEM hard drives that well packed!

By far one of the best (if not the best) traders I\'ve ever dealt with.
