I bought a flexplate from Mike for a great deal!Unfortunately for me, UPS lost it!!!! The package was delivered but the box was empty. I sent Mike a PM and IM and he was quick to respond. He got in touch with UPS the same day to file a claim. UPS came the next day or the day after that to pickup the empty box. Mike kept in contact with me the whole time, awesome communication and great guy to talk too as well. From this experience i have learned that UPS has apes working for them. Anyhow after 6 months almost of waiting for the claim to go through I finally got a check for the full amount of the flexplate cashed and banked ;). Would Highly recommend this seller to anyone!
