The case and PSU were extremely well packaged. All the case\'s accessories were included. From the product standpoint there is no problem with the transaction. However, I cannot give a positive rating due to the deception that occured. I was told when I paid for the product with Paypa on 1/27/06 that it would be shipped on 1/30/06 (i.e. the following monday). When I contacted the seller on 2/05/06 about the status of my order, I was told that it had shipped on 2/03/06 and that I would have it tuesday or wednesday. After not having it received on thursday, I contacted the seller on 2/10/05 asking to call me in order to clear up the package\'s status. I was told that he had just received a call from FedEx asking for a phone number for delivery. I provided that and he said that they would call me that day in order to deliver it. Upon not receiving a call from FedEx nor the seller, I called the former asking about a shipment en route to me. Such a shipment did not exist. I was very concerned and dispatched another message to the seller asking for a phone conversation. On 2/11 I was told that he could not give me the tracking number, since it was at his work, but that I would get it by 5pm that day. No such thing happend. It was not until monday, 2/13 that I received another communication from the seller with a DHL tracking number, showing that my package had been shipped on 2/10!
I did receive it on 2/14, however this was significantly later than what I would have expected. The fact that the seller lied to me multiple times, did not follow-up on promises and his poor communication has made me give him a neutral rating. I was afraid to get scammed for an extended period of time and am positively suprised that I did not.
Bottom line: I would NEVER trade with NyTrackstar again. I fully expect him to give me poor feedback, which I cannot understand considering that I paid instantly via non-cc paypal, as we had agreed, and tried to be accomodating and communicative. I feel somewhat cheated.
