I have posted another positive evaluation here (prompt shipment), but did not check the product right away. Although I should have checked it sooner, I checked it two weeks later and it's a dud. He did NOTHING to accomodate. He didn't even offer a partial refund. I have a dead CPU in my room that I bought from this guy. He seemed nice at first, but beware... you may be happy at first and not in the end (make sure to check your product RIGHT away or he'll blame you if it's not working).

I told Jimmy that I didn\'t know if the CPU was working or not. He didn\'t mind taking it, as I told him I would refund him if the CPU was dead. We spent some time with it (he tested it in diff mobos, etc), and concluded that the CPU was dead. A few weeks later, I thought that I forgot to refund him. I PMed him and asked if I ever refunded him, and he said no... he wasn\'t upset at all. Stupid me forgot for almost a month... anyways, I refunded him the money and all went smoothly.

Had it been someone else, he probably would have given me a bad feedback, but Jimmy didn\'t. Luckily I remembered before he did about me forgetting the refund.

Thank you SO MUCH for your patience and understanding. Again, sorry I forgot, but at least I remembered eventually. :) I got lucky with an awesome guy like you, and will make sure I don\'t screw up with anyone else.
