I PMed him and he responded quickly at first. Didn't check his background too much because I was in a hurry and this was for $20 bucks.

However once Paypal was sent, I never heard from him again via PM. He logged in once a couple days later and that was the last time he was on under that name to date.

Anyway about 2 weeks later I send him a message via AIM. I just say "Hi" and he responds one day later asking who I was. I nicely told him who I am and that I been trying to get ahold of him. Well we talk for several minutes and I got the run around, him saying, "I forgot".

So I ask for my money back... He says no $$$ in his Paypal balance. So I ask him to send me an e-check. He claims he doesn't know what that is. So I explain it to him. He rejects and says he'd rather send me an USPS MO tomorrow.

To make a long story short, another 3-4 weeks later... not a single word from him, $$$, or vcard.

He is a TROLL, stay away from him!

Edwin was a great person to deal with. Since he had zero evals, he was willing to ship first. I tested the parts, they worked great, and sent him payment.

After about two m onths the 9600xt died. Definately NOT Edwin's fault. He was very helpful in helping me determine if it was still under warranty from ATI. ATI sent me an RMA number and I am now waiting for ATI to replace the card.

Anyway, the transaction went great and I'd be happy to deal with Edwin again in the future!
