Well a I fubarred this one. I mistakenly misrepresented the HDD I sold. I promptly refunded the $$$ for the drive and stated that he could keep the drive for his trouble. He insisted on only accepting half the $$ since he was keeping the drive. Everything turned out fine because we communicated properly!

Not only was he completely understanding of the situation, he even paid for the shiping on the pins. Also purchased a P3 600e from me. Wow, was this one of the hardest transactions. I sold Rick these parts which I was hoping he can get working... and the exact opposite happened. One of my CPU's ruined his mobo and fried his hard drive. So I did what any good trader would do, I refunded his money. Rick was very patient while we sorted out a resolution to our satisfaction. We both came out losers in the end, but we both learned a lesson in buying or selling "as is." Will do business with him again.
