Absolutely excellent communications and packaging!!! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was individually bubble wrapped and taped. You could have dropped it from the 3rd story and it would have been safe.
I had problems with the card but they were on my end and he talked me through it. Even helped with other problems I was having.
If everyone was as good as this guy, we wouldn't need heatware!
