We fully traded and agreed on a trade, my shuttle+19 inch lcd+300 for his asus z70va, i sent the 300 as a showing of my trust, the next day he said his mom and dad told him not to, so he sent it back, but instead of doing a refund he sent back 300 and only recived 291, yes its 9 dollars but if i sent 300 (paypal fees or not) 300 is what i should have recived

He didnt try to refund the 9 dollars, just basicly said \"tuff luck\"

Be warned, not a good trader at all.
