This is more than just the usual smooth transaction, good trader eval. Like many other trades, Brian had the burner at an awesome price, and shipped it promptly after receiving payment.
What sets this trade, and Brian apart is that something did go wrong during the transit. The burner was damaged, its front face plate broken off and the chasis had a dent in it. I contacted Brian right away, and he was up front and polite about it. After receiving some pictures I took of the burner, he agreed to refund me part of the payment without further question. Here's the kicker, when I received the paypal payment, he had refunded me 50% more than what I asked for.
This experience proves Brian to be an excellent trader. He's prompt, friendly, communicative, and most of all, responsible for his items. I am therefore recommending him to anyone looking for a smooth trade.
