bought a 9700 pro with fan detached and a 512 meg pc3200memory stick off of itrfuzzylogic on march 8, 2006 for 55.00. got the parts on 3/22. the memory is fine. however when i put the 9700 in and started up the pc i got some smoke and no video on my monitor! my mobo shorted out. pulled out the 9700, inspected it very closely- the 2 frt pins of the agp slot were chewed up. i was able to solder the mobo short- ugly but works- put my old vid card back in and it works fine. I msgd itrfuzzylogic about what happenned- said I dont care about the mobo and just want to be refunded for the vid card. he asked me to send it back which i did on 3/27. since then he ignored emails and pm\'s. finally he posted an excuse about no dmgd pins showing in a picture not close enough to show the pins.
