Great trader! I bought and paid for the RAM by PayPal on a Sunday, and Billy shipped the RAM the next day by USPS Priority. However, USPS managed to delay delivery until the next Saturday! It certainly wasn't Billy's fault. He packaged the RAM extremely well -- the box was about 12x7x5" & filled tightly with peanuts, and he printed the label online. I couldn't have done better myself. I've tested the RAM for 11 hours now and it is perfect. It appeared to be brand new condition!

One thing I'd like to note: I communicated with Billy and sent my PayPal Payment to billygilvin@gmail.com (not the same as his heatware account). It's indeed valid.

The wake on LAN pins got bent during transit, but I bent them back into shape and everything ran great. He apologized, and I'm sure he won't make that mistake again (the heatsink wasn't in the best spot in the box). That was really no big deal, and overall I consider this to be a positive deal. Communication was extremely good. He replied to all of my PMs within a matter of hours, if not minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Alex again.

The RAM was packed superbly in a large USPS box with plenty packing materials. It would have been nearly impossible to damage the RAM the way he packed it. Great job!

No, this isn't a double-post. After extensive testing, I found that the motherboard Alex had sold me had a few minor quirks that he had never noticed. It was Prime95 and memtest86 stable, but it would crash in 3D apps. He had never used it for 3D programs, thus, he never would have guessed. It wasn't a user error. I disabled all aggressive CPU/RAM/AGP BIOS settings and it still crashed (although not as quickly). Windows XP reported drive controller errors in the Computer Management Error Log, which is something most people would never notice (but could lead to data corruption).

Alex was extremely helpful; he easily ranks up there with the best sellers I've dealt with. When I told him of the problems I'd discovered, he wrote, "okay well just so u know i will of course take that setup back if you aren't 100% satisfied.?Ç¥ He kept his word, and I just received a refund for the motherboard. Although the hardware wasn?ÇÖt perfect, it wasn?ÇÖt his fault, and he did a GREAT job making the deal right.

I couldn?ÇÖt ask for more. A++!
