    He shipped first, and then ignored the problems that I brought up to him once it arrived.
    Specifically, the casing is cracked near the USB ports. I asked about cosmetic problems before purchase, and he said there were none. Second issue was regarding the industrial strength velcro on the bottom that he told me would be \"easy to removed\". Taking off adhesive layer by layer with petroleum solvents is not \"easy\".
    This would have been a positive evaluation, but ignoring problems brought up is unacceptable.

    1. Buyer never requested the velco be removed, something I would have done, but it seemed to be a non-issue.

    In my mind that tells me he is satisfied with the transaction, that satisfaction in my mind warrents a positive response. As per packaging concerns, I have the item insured if it is defective I would happily file claim on it, but as the buyer accepted the item in working order I see no need to.
