After testing the monitor before shipment I noticed that occasionally the signal would cut out...fixed by a lil slap...
Didnt want to sell defective equiptment so I offered him a full refund plus some cash for the CDRom...
He said just refund him 20 bux and send the monitor anyway...I did so since he really needed monitor
AFAIK the monitor works great for him and I'm glad hes happy...
