This transaction could not have gone smoother. Great communication from Tim. Item was EXACTLY as described. Transactions was a cross ship of sorts as I sent him the cash first via paypal. Once he received the funds he shipped the M15x overnight (saturday delivery) in order to give me the whole weekend to test it out. Laptop works as advertised so I shipped out the Dell and misc items again overnight. Tim received and tested the laptop next day with no problems. I will most certainly deal with Tim again in the future, without hesitation.

He paid promptly and provided great communication through the sale. When he received the item, he advised that it was not in the condition in which it was advertised, which I admit was true. In hindsight, offering a used product in Mint condition is probably not a great idea. He was very understanding though, and I did offer to compensate for the minor flaws that the laptop had (a few minor scuffs/scratches, nothing out of the normal ware and tear) which he accepted. All in all this was a great transaction and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

Although he doesn't have an extensive feedback rating on here, DaneGRClose is a very reputable and valued member of the NBR community. It was because of this that I choose to do business with him and I can honestly say that I have never had such a complication transaction go so smooth. He was in constant communication, shipped fast and even went out of his way to resolve the one issue we had (a missing piece from the M15x which is he notified me of and shipped out overnight immediately). DaneGRClose is an excellent trader and no one should have hesitation when dealing with him. I hope we can do business again in the future.
