What a great new member to heatware! Sam was very fast in response to emails and the payment was sent very promptly. He was very accommodating and I couldn't imagine an easier transaction. In my vast experience on eBay and online marketplaces, usually the "new guys" cause problems. Not here, dealing with samk64 was like doing business with a veteran. A+ all round.
