I purchased a refurbished Zune from OblivioN. Delivery was prompt, and it was very well packaged. Unfortunately the zune had a busted audio jack, but Oblivion was very helpful getting me in touch with the support personnel at Microsoft. I\'m in the process of RMA\'ing it now.
Very communicative, honest trader. I would definitely recommend, and would easily do business with again
