I was a little weary of the deal to begin with so I worked it out so that he would ship first. I recieved the laptop in dirty but expected condition. All of the programs he had promised me (with licenses) were not on the computer nor present. I could deal with this although I was upset by it. After I sent out the laptop to him and he recieved it, he stated he had shipped out the external hd he had promised. He said he just needed to get the information off of the drive, format it and send it to me. After two months of waiting I am frustrated. At this point, if I didn\'t have him ship first I believe I would have been out a laptop. Stay away from this guy, he is too shifty.

I purchased this shuttle from him for a good price and recieved it promptly. I was waiting on the processor for another two weeks so just getting around to leaving heat now. Onboard sound was a pain to get working, but at no fault of hooz\\\'s. He was a great guy to deal with, would glady do it again.

He shipped it out extremely fast, and packaged it well. Unfortunately, UPS damaged the package significantly during shipping. I made sure to document the damage with pictures while opening the box for any potential insurance claims.

Nick dealt with the situation like a true professional offering me a refund for the damaged parts, and some additional extras. He even processed the partial refund before the insurance claim was approved so I could order replacement parts.

Although I am extremely disappointed with UPS, I am very happy with how Nick handled this sale. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
