Chip wouldn't boot in the motherboard I had purchased for it - it took over a week to acquire another board, during which time Rex kept up a line of communication and offered to replace the cpu if it ended up defective, but when mobo #2 arrived it booted up just fine. A fantastic trader, totally willing to go the extra distance to ensure that a deal is good.
